Gratin de Courgettes à la Crème Fraîche et au Fromage
Salut les amis de la cuisine créative et délicieuse ! Ingrédients magiques :
- Courgettes (n’importe lesquelles feront l’affaire, les courgettes ne sont pas difficiles)
- Crème fraîche (pour un peu de douceur dans ce monde fou)
- Fromage (choisissez votre chouchou, le fromage, c’est comme des câlins pour votre palais)
- Ail (un peu ou beaucoup, selon votre amour pour les vampires)
- Sel, poivre (pour pimenter la fête)
- Un soupçon d’huile d’olive (comme un clin d’œil à la Méditerranée)
Étapes de magicien :
- Préchauffez votre four à 180 degrés. Oui, on aime quand les choses chauffent !
- Coupez vos courgettes en rondelles fines, comme si vous prépariez une discothèque pour légumes.
- Dans un bol, mélangez la crème fraîche et le fromage. C’est comme une fête de mascottes laitières.
- Frottez votre plat de cuisson avec de l’ail. Vous faites un petit massage à votre plat, c’est tout.
- Disposez les courgettes dans le plat, comme si elles avaient gagné un concours de beauté végétal.
- Versez le mélange crémeux sur les courgettes, comme une couverture douillette.
- Assaisonnez avec du sel, du poivre, et un peu d’huile d’olive. Juste assez pour rendre vos courgettes folles de joie.
- Enfournez votre œuvre d’art culinaire pendant environ 30 minutes, jusqu’à ce que le fromage fonde et devienne doré, comme un trésor délicieux.
